Challenge
The healthcare journey in India is often time-consuming and inconvenient. Patients face long clinic queues and difficulty reaching specialists, while doctors struggle with appointment overload and manual scheduling. Both sides lack a streamlined way to connect efficiently.
Objective
Design an intuitive platform that solves problems for both patients and doctors:
For patients: easy doctor discovery, instant booking, and convenient online consultations.
For doctors: simplified appointment management, reduced waiting room congestion, and more control over clinic schedules.

The Outcome
Antidotz successfully delivered a streamlined healthcare experience for both patients and doctors. Patients can now instantly book appointments, avoid long clinic queues, and access doctors from anywhere via online consultations. Doctors benefit from smarter scheduling, reduced time wastage, and greater flexibility to serve patients in person and virtually.
The final design balanced trust, simplicity, and efficiency, ensuring the platform feels reliable for healthcare needs while being intuitive for daily use.

Super-Admin
The Super Admin Panel provides centralized control for managing key platform data, including hospitals, doctors, and appointment slots.
Authorized users such as admins, doctors, or staff members can easily add, update, or modify details like hospital profiles, doctor information, and consultation availability.
All updates made in the Super Admin section are instantly reflected across the main platform, ensuring real-time accuracy for patients viewing hospital or slot details.
Built-in communication tools enable seamless interaction within the application - allowing users to make calls or video calls directly from the admin interface.
During active calls, admins can take notes, log complaints, or record important updates without switching screens — improving efficiency and reducing context switching.
The Super Admin interface is designed for clarity, control, and collaboration, helping the management team maintain data accuracy and deliver a smooth operational experience.
Impact & Reflection
Impact
Antidotz improved healthcare accessibility by reducing wait times and making doctors more reachable. Patients benefited from flexibility and transparency, while doctors gained efficiency in managing appointments. The platform successfully addressed the needs of both sides in one unified solution.
My Learnings
This project underscored the complexity of designing for two distinct but interconnected user groups. It highlighted the importance of trust, transparency, and simple flows in healthcare apps. Looking forward, opportunities lie in expanding to multilingual support, AI-powered doctor recommendations, and stronger accessibility features to reach an even broader audience.
